01. Acceptance
By engaging with Tawil's digital platform and services, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these principles of service. Our goal is to ensure every pilgrim's journey is managed with legal and spiritual integrity.
02. Scope of Services & Operating Model
Tawil is a pilgrimage-support and concierge platform. We help pilgrims plan Umrah journeys and connect with suitable accommodation, transport, visa and flight service providers. Services and responsibilities are confirmed in writing before booking.
Pilgrim Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless journey, worshippers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate passport and health data
- Adhering to local KSA regulations and laws
- Maintaining valid travel insurance documentation
03. Cancellation & Refunds
Booking deposits and final payments are governed by specific cancellation windows. Given the complex nature of Saudi hospitality and transport contracts, refunds are processed according to individual package timeline agreements.
